Hi everyone,
We have been using Mr Sketch scented marker pens for years and love them to pieces.
We recently heard that they may be changing to only produce a limited range of colours.
They are phenomenally reasonably priced at the RNIB site at £5.86 (inc VAT) for 12.

If anyone finds out whether they are changing the range please will they let us all know. We may need to start a camapaign to save our smelly colours!

I've posted on the Trainers Warehouse Linked In discussion board to see if the U.S. have received the same information as the Training Shop are giving us.

No concrete news, just more expressions of disappointment.

Like many trainers I love these marker pens and have used them for years, choosing to buy them from the RNIB (a great price and a great cause). I'm still not sure if the 'rumours of their demise' is true - but I can let you know that the RNIB was recently out of stock but an order that I placed two days ago arrived today (5 sets of 12 pens at less than £30 - great value!)

Maybe a good time for people to stock-up -'just in case' = amd you'd also be supporting a great cause which will make you feel good!

I'm afraid that the news is true. On the Trainers Warehouse group on LinkedIn, several have confirmed this.

Interestingly, most of the American trainers n the site are bemoaning the loss of 'pens that don't bleed through the paper' rather than the loss of 'scented markers'.

That surprised me, as it the smell I use them for NOT the fact that they bleed less than other markers.

I've been in touch with the RNIB who say they've talked to Mr Sketch and they are not planning on discontinuing the pens - so we can all relax!
