After attending the amazing "How to be a Brain Friendly Trainer" with Ann & Stella earlier this year, I went away with loads of new ideas as to how I could put the learner at the centre of all my training & development initiatives.

However, what I had not bargained on was the impact that attending that course woulod have on my other areas of business! When I am not training I am a HR/Change consultant & when I was waorking with my latest client I found that I was using BF techniques to convince them of the best way to handle the change that they were embarking on.

And it will probably be no surprise for you to learn that they could actually take on board & recall more of the technical aspects of change that previous clients. So either I have got a great set of clients with amazing memory or... BF Techniques can work as well outside the learning & development arena.

I might have found myself a new USP as a Brain Friendly HR & Change Manager - thanks to Ann & Stella
