If that sounds like something that you would like to get a feel for then this is the session for you! The outcomes you can expect from this lively, introductory session look something like this: • Learn some simple starter shapes – the basis of anything that you could ever wish to draw • Three easy ways to draw people – the one thing that most people find hardest to do • Introductory skills to create simple graphics to visually represent ideas and information relevant to your work • A chance to ‘have a go’ and to take away simple techniques to add the ‘wow’ factor to agendas, notes, flipcharts and other presentation materials About Vanessa Randle Vanessa Randle is the force behind Thinkingvisually Ltd. With over 20 years as a trainer and facilitator under her belt she set out to model a way of communicating ideas and information differently and so be the change she wanted to see. As a Graphic Recorder and Facilitator Vanessa has developed a fantastic, vibrant and visual presentational style to capture and present information and ideas clearly and succinctly using words and pictures. She pitches up at a meeting or business event with her boards, pens, paper and coloured markers and transforms what people say and what she sees into a creative, large scale visual record; real time, right in front of peoples’ eyes. This way of capturing and presenting information helps to improve peoples’ understanding, communicate messages more effectively and bring ideas and information to life! Vanessa is passionate about the power of visual working and the value of communicating in a way that taps in to the human history of communicating in words and pictures.
